Iconic American Apartmentsone of the fastest growing multi-family owner-operators in the nation, announces that it has acquired The Harrison Apartments, a 278-unit apartment community in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. The property was renamed “Scout Landing”.
This is the company’s third multi-family acquisition in Murfreesboro in the past 10 months. The company also owns and operates The Edge and Parc in Murfreesboro, two new apartment communities it acquired with joint venture partner BentallGreenOak.
For several years, Murfreesboro has been the fastest growing city in Tennessee and is ranked number one of the best growing cities in America by smart asset. The city opened two new schools this decade: Overall Creek Elementary and Salem Elementary. Additionally, many businesses have moved or expanded to this developing city.
